Founder & Chief Operating Officer
A sustainable fashion advocate at the forefront of the sustainable fashion movement for over 15 years. Christina is a thought-leader on fashion’s waste; she is on Asia Tatler’s The Impact List as an influential individual defining the future of Asia; UK VOGUE lists her as one of the UK’s Top 30 Inspirational Women; and UBS calls her a Global Visionary. She is also Founder of NGO, Redress.
Eric Koby
Chief Financial and Operating Officer
A leader in luxury fashion with over 20 years of experience at senior management and board levels. Eric was previously COO, CFO and CEO for brands including Vivienne Westwood, Alice Temperley and Heidi Klein. An expert in Ecommerce growth, Eric has also worked closely with manufacturers on the issue of social and environmental impact.
Kay Liu
Circular Textiles Lead
A sustainability expert with 20 years’ of textile design, supply chain and circular fashion expertise with a Masters in Ethical Fashion. Kay drives our complex circular textile and technical recycling work. Previously at Redress, she devised circular fashion design and educational strategies with global leading multi-stakeholders and led takeback initiatives with global fashion brands.
Seerat Virdi
R Fashion Brand Manager
With a broad, decade-long exciting career across buying, digital marketing, brand building to design, Seerat leads our R Fashion brand and digital marketing. Seerat has a Masters in International Fashion Business; she is a Redress Design Award Alumni; a Top 30 Under 30 according to Hindustan Times India; and she was named a top 8 upcoming sustainable designers by VOGUE India.
Clement Ip
Design & Production Manager
With 15 years of manufacturing and sourcing experience, spanning product development to production, Clement's seasoned perspective and passion for leather goods make him a perfect fit for R Textile’s upcycling projects. He excels in creatively and efficiently utilising excess leather or scraps for our recycling endeavors.
Ann Wu
Senior Production Assistant
Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and a Master's degree in Global Fashion Management, backed by over a decade of hands-on experience in design, garment production, communications, and marketing within the fashion industry. Her extensive expertise is a valuable asset to our sustainability-focused production and logistics efforts.
Mia Shu
Sustainability & Design Consultant
7 years of experience, working within the intersection of sustainability, design, and communication. She designs interdisciplinary engagements to facilitate the transition towards a livable and flourishing society.
