Her expertise lies in mapping the journey from raw material to finished product, enabling data-driven strategies for reducing environmental footprints. She provides brands with the clear insights needed to demonstrate tangible progress toward a more circular and responsible fashion industry.

A GRI-certified sustainability professional, Supei brings over 15 years of experience across design, product development and value chain integration for brands in Asia and Europe. She champions sustainability at every stage of creation, from responsible material sourcing to scalable innovation, bridging design and production to advance more responsible practices within the fashion and textiles industry.

With a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and a Master's degree in Global Fashion Management, Ann brings over a decade of comprehensive experience across the fashion supply chain, spanning design, garment production, sourcing, vendor relations, and logistics. Ann’s depth of knowledge is a critical asset to our sustainability-driven approach to production and operational excellence.

With a broad, decade-long career across buying, digital marketing, brand building and design, Seerat leads our R Fashion brand and digital marketing. She has a Masters in International Fashion Business; she is a Redress Design Award Alumni; a Top 30 Under 30 recognized by Hindustan Times India; and was named a top 8 upcoming sustainable designer by VOGUE India.

Recipient of the EcoChic Design Award, Kelvin is an independent fashion designer and product development specialist recognised for his expertise in circular design. With extensive experience in sustainable fashion systems, he brings both creative and technical insight to his work. His designs have been showcased internationally in exhibitions across Paris, London and Shanghai.
