Crafted Exclusively for
UBS Greater China Conference 2026
I’m a bag punching above my weight for my positive environmental impact and contribution to circular fashion solutions. Load me up with your essentials and flaunt me as proof of the power of collaboration to reduce fashion’s waste.
How I came to life

I was crafted in China by award-winning social impact business, The R Collective, using reclaimed excess materials from luxury fashion brands, including top quality nylon fabric leftover from other luxury brands’ production.

I’m also breaking new grounds for circular solutions

My small leather pull tab, which is customisable onsite at the Greater China Conference 2026, represents a big leap for collaborative industry solutions to reduce luxury fashion brands’ unsold and highly IP sensitive stock. Here’s how:

My breakthrough collaborative disassembly and redesign solution proves viable reuse opportunities for highly sensitive materials, which traditionally could potentially face incineration due to their distinctive logos, prints and marks.

Bags of environmental savings

I’m only making a small dent in fashion’s waste. An estimated 92 million tons of textile waste are created annually from the fashion industry.¹

How to care for me

I’m designed for heavy use, from trainers to travel needs, so fill me up as you wish. Please occasionally be prepared to care for me too!

I’m part of making history

I’m the latest example of our collaborative projects, marking another successful responsible product launch that now stretches from China, Singapore, Switzerland, UK to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond.

We have rescued a wide range of waste materials, from aviation excess, luxury leather and canvas waste, discarded car airbags, tent canvas, tuk-tuk canopy waste and more.

About The R Collective’s Impact

The R Collective is a social-impact business recirculating fashion’s high value excess materials by reclaiming, reusing, and recycling waste to deliver responsible products and recycling solutions for global businesses.

Through our system, we have reclaimed 123 tons of fashion waste including textiles, garments, leather, leather goods and trims to date.
