All transactions on this website are processed using a secure online payment gateway. Even though you can choose your currency while browsing the website please note that all final transactions will be processed in USD.

Shipping Time and Cost

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours and will usually be received within 1-2 days if you are locally based. All Hong Kong Orders can be shipped to your door or picked up from our office in Sham Shui Po. For international orders, delivery can take from 4-10 days depending on your location. 

All deliveries can be tracked using the tracking link sent to your email address upon shipping confirmation.

We charge a flat shipping fee depending on your destination according to the following table. The shipping cost is displayed during the check out as soon as the delivery address has been completed.

Taxes & Duties

All our orders are shipped Taxes and Duties paid which means that we have paid them already through our shipping provider. 

We have paid great attention to organizing our processes with our partners but there is always a possibility a specific case could go in an unexpected way. In the event you are being asked to pay taxes by customs to clear your parcel, please contact us at hello@thercollective.com so that we can help to sort the situation out.

Returns

If the colour or fit is not right, we accept exchange or return any item within 14 days after you have received your package. To exchange or return your item, please request a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by emailing us at hello@thercollective.com

Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. Should you have any product related queries, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@thercollective.com before placing your order.

Please note all orders from our made-on-demand Refashioned collection are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved. However, a one-time exchange is accepted against your first order.
